I have had lots of problems since my stoma was created with pancaking and leaks. I saw Fiona a few weeks ago and she gave me advice on the size of the hole to be cut in the pouch and the type of pouch to use and since following her advice have had no further problems. Thank you Fiona

I moved up to Yorkshire 5 years ago with a newly formed permanent stoma and Fiona's profession care, support and kindness has been second to none. Over the last 5 years I've had various problems relating to my stoma and she has always been there to help and support. Nothing is too much trouble to her, she will suggest and supply different supplies and ways of dealing with all manner of stoma issues. A truly wonderful nurse and a lovely lady.

Great to know you have understanding and conscientious staff on your team . Never a problem ringing and getting good practical advise.Fiona is never to busy and always there. Even if what you need to know and not her field ,she has pointed me in the right direction .
